Ah TK, you can say a 'simular' about the Mk6 - the FM can downgraded to the 'F' after.

So we will never see a K...(the only one which would need for a new 3d Model...

If someone does a Hunter, then I promise to do a MiG-15. (Hehe, even someone with my utter lack of artistic talent should be able to copy and paste together a MiG-15 from the stock MiG-17.)

To tell you the truth, it was meant more as a cunning plan to get someone to do a Hunter.

I might give the copy-paste MiG idea a shot someday though, but I doubt the results will be very...appealing. If I had any 3D talent I would already be showing off renders of that Hunter. Hopefully I can contribute with OOBs and mission building for some historical mod instead...

BTW that's the K2 peak in the second Sabre painting. Wouldn't that be some scenic terrain to dogfight over?

A little mesh manipulation... pull a few verts... change the flight model and balistics... "VIOLA"... a "K" is born.

It's not that big a change as one might think. The basic shape and structure is basically there... The biggest challenge would be the creation and mapping of new textures to accomidate the changes.
