Hi wanting to join a squad for online flying and co-ops. Mainly fly BF109 but also fly FW190, La5, Yak9, Stuka, and investigating the P39. I am based in Melbourne Australia so if anyone is recruiting and can accomodate someone from a timezone opposite to the most, please let me know. Not a great shooter but I am a competent flyer and can work well in team situations.

Ta and Oleg, thanks for the killer sim.

That would be cool, actually anything in the Asia-Pacific region would be cool.

Thanks JG77-GK, I think I will apply to your group as it sounds to cater for my needs. Also the Australian element allows for evening and weekend flying in reasonable time zones.

There's also the 29th combat group. We do just about any sim, it is for people who have lives and we don't have any nonsense rules for training, ranks or other BS.

we've been quiet since we moved to a new board though, some new members would be appreciated.

III/JG11 also operate out of Australia.

Actively engaged in VEF and inter-squad challenges.

Also look at WTE, JG4, IV/JG7 and IL2-RAAF.

Thanks for all the replies and great to see such active squads based in Australia. I have joined the BlackHawks for my squad as they seem to have a regular schedule of which I can work my other activities around (music rehersals, ironically for 20 century German choral music (-: ).

Thankyou all again for your replies.

We seem to have gone into a state of disorganization lately but our forum is now at http://www.vicer.com then click on forums and go down to 29th Combat group.

We play most sims as well as ghost recon.

Thanks BlackWolf_2, I look forward to seeing you and the others in the skies. Had my first taste of Online full realism and it was quite fun but I had to give position hints to the Reds to ensure contact (-:

Take care.
